New Patient Portal
We here at The Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Center take great pride in our patient care. Because we want to be the best for you, we are updating our current electronic medical record (EMR) to a new and improved one called Modernizing Medicine! This new EMR will allow for a more efficient streamlined process for the entire practice.
We are no longer using the Follow My Health patient portal. The new patient portal can be reached at https://cfaortho.ema.md/ema/PatientLogin.action. If you have not received an email to register for the new portal, please call the office at (703) 584-2040 to be activated.
