Arthur Black, DPM, is an American Board of Podiatric Medicine certified podiatrist serving patients in the Washington, DC, area at Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Center (OFAC) in Falls Church, Virginia. His podiatry specialization gives him extensive experience in the treatment of all common foot and ankle disorders, including diabetic foot care.
Dr. Black majored in biology and minored in chemistry at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee before attending the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City, affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. After obtaining his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2007, he completed three years of surgical training at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he served as the chief resident in 2010.
Before joining the experienced staff at Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Center, Dr. Black practiced podiatry for four years in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He is affiliated with the Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington.
